Don’t forget to moisturize. Leather high heels are quite fragile. The leather can easily dry up especially when it’s constantly exposed to the elements or simply being used. To maintain the shine on your leather high heels, polish them regularly to maintain the essential oils in the leather that keeps is shiny.
Maintain composure. Your high heels can warp over continuous usage. Have you seen a bumps that seem to fit your toes? Those shapes have contoured through constant use and even more. When you store your high heels, be sure to have them stuffed with old newspaper to retain its shape.
Keep the odor out. To prevent your shoes from stinking, you should keep them dry at all times. The moment that you leave them wet especially when it’s your sweat, you should always let them dry first to avoid the foul smell. Sweat can be a breeding ground for bacteria which causes the nasty smell. If in case you do smell some nasty smell, use a hair dryer to get all the moisture out.
