1. Once you get home, it’s best to rest your feet where on a soft surface like a rug. Better yet, lie down for a while. 2. The pain you feel might not go away for a couple of days which is why it is recommended to use inserts like soft gel insoles and soft paddings. 3. Friction is a huge problem for your feet. To keep your shoes from rubbing against your skin, use wool stockings. Although other stocking will do, however, wool offer a more comforting feel and absorbs moisture a whole lot better.



4. After a night out, soak your feet in a bowl filled with warm water. Add a few teaspoons of Epsom salts and let your feet rest for approximately 30 minutes. 5. High heels will put your Achilles tendon as well as your calf muscles in a shorter position making it ache. Stretching before and after wearing high heels lessens the pain felt. 6. Take breaks and let your feet rest on a soft surface which will help elevate it a bit. A pillow will do best. This allows the blood to return back to your heart and reduce swelling on your feet.
