Well, you really can’t blame women for that.
It’s really just a matter of how you choose heels and how you wear them. For beginners, it would be really useful if wedges or kitten heels were used. There’s really no reason to wear super high stilettos right away. Using super high heels will only lengthen the learning curb and will give you a lot of pain in the process.
